This unbelievable outdoor space was added to the rear of the house to create a comfortable retreat. This project includes a wood burning outdoor fireplace with cypress wood TV cabinet above, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, concrete countertop, accent lighting, cypress sun screen louvers, cedar timber and post structure, and bluestone patio. The hearth of the fireplace utilized recycled granite street curbing removed long ago from the streets of Ensley, Alabama. When opened, the french doors create a true indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Design is by Robert Thompson at Thompson Architecture.
