Construction began in late November of 2014 on this all one level ground up residence with a detached photo studio for the client on a 5 acre lot. The house includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a swimming pool/fire pit combination, large outdoor entertaining area, a FEMA safe room, and high vaulted ceilings. The 1200 SF photo studio includes high wood ceilings, a separate bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette. The exterior features stacked stone, painted brick, and low maintenance painted Hardie siding. Projected completion was Summer, 2015. Thompson Architecture, Inc. is the architect for the project.
